We custom scope each project to meet our customers unique needs.  We are committed to building financial programs that fit a wide variety of needs and budgets.  We can work with you on a recurring basis or do an ad hoc one-time project.  We would love to learn more about your unique situation.

Yes!  Many of our services are hands-on meaning we are willing to roll-up our sleeves alongside you as you build your business.  We can help create financial plans / models, board and fundraising decks and so much more!

Yes! We would create a custom scope for each portfolio company and work directly with that business’ management team to improve their financial situation.

We can price our engagements in a variety of ways but generally believe a per hour rate is best for diligence services.  For recurring services, we want to provide consistency for the business and often offer our services through a monthly fixed fee engagement with a predefined scope.

We partner with early stage businesses regardless of industry.  We are generally best equipped to support businesses from conception to about $20 million in revenue.

Yes!  Although we are not a CPA firm, we can support businesses as they prepare for diligence by reviewing their revenue cycle from Revenue Waterfall / Contracting through revenue recognition and provide recommendations on areas that may cause issues in a diligence cycle.  The best part, we are also willing to work with the business’ management team to overcome any areas we feel may need to be improved prior to a fundraising or transaction.
